Easy to carry, leak proof, love the style of the cap/lid. FYI, it does need a small scrubby/pipe cleaner to really clean the inside of the cap. I need high amounts of fluid due to a medical issue. This bottle has made my life easier because of it’s size and ease of use – I use it daily at home and at work.

I was searching for a new water bottle to replace the multiple 32 oz Nalgene bottles I have because they don’t fit in my car cup holder. This Takeya bottle is absolutely perfect! It’s slightly narrower than my Nalgenes and measures 3.38 inches in diameter which fits snuggly in my cup car holder.I also love the cap that comes with the Takeya bottle. It’s really well made and allows for comfortable drinking while also being able to add ice by removing the cap. For my Nalgenes, I would buy the wide mouth bottles and then have to buy a narrow cap to have the same ability. So while the Nalgene bottle itself is cheaper, adding on the third-party cap makes is more expensive than just buying the Takeya. The spout on the Takeya is a little smaller than the humangear capCap, but I think it makes it more comfortable to drink from.And an unexpected plus with the Takeya cap is that the spout is offset to the side a little. This allows me to fill it at my water dispenser without removing the cap because the Takeya spout lines up perfectly with the water dispenser spout. The humangear capCap on my Nalgene is centered and doesn’t reach back far enough for the dispenser spout. Also, the Takeya spout cover sort of “clicks” in the fully open position so it’s not slapping you in the face when you take a drink.So in pretty much every aspect – cost, size, functionality – this beats out my 32 oz Nalgenes and I think I found the perfect .

I bought a 32oz bottle in clear and liked it so much I bought a purple one for my daughter. Works flawlessly and the screw-to-seal spot is the best design I have seen. The large plastic handle is much better to hold with your hand or a few fingers than some other designs with a narrow plastic strap. Only drawback is it doesn’t fit easily in a car cup holder, but that’s a trade-off for having a larger wide-mouth bottle.

What can I say? It’s a takeya water bottle. These things are bomb proof and have the most bang for your buck out of all the s available. It can accept pretty much any aftermarket lid and chances are the bottle itself will outlive you.

This water bottle is perfect. Easy to clean, no annoying straw, comfortable to drink from, and NO leaks. It carries a large amount of water. I bought one for my 1st grader for school and then got one for myself too because I loved it so much!

I needed a water bottle to keep cold water always at hand from my fridge. I also needed one that was strong enough that it would not break when left in the freezer. I often do that to get some really cold water or ice so that it will last longer.This Takeya bottle is awesome. It feels very solid and rugged.The cap for the mouth makes it easy to drink with sufficient volume. The leak proof cap when flipped open stays open and does not flip back down when pouring it into a glass or other container. This is a neat and very thoughtful feature so you don’t have to hold the cap back with your other hand.Easy to clean. Rubberized base keeps the bottle stable where you keep it even if there is wet condensation outside the bottle.Its a great bottle and I will buy it again!
